Gwendolyn Shoulars-Ndubuisi is a native of Ridge square, North Carolina. She was nurtured in a wonderful loving family that challenged her to excel and give back by helping others.
"Gwen" has been a resident of Paterson, NJ for over 40 years.
She is a graduate of Passaic County Community College (A.A.S. Finance/Marketing); William Paterson University (B.A. Business Administration/Finance); Montclair State University (M.S. Counseling in Higher Education)/Career Services); Pratt Institute (MLS).
Gwen has geld an enviable career in the Paterson and Newark (NJ) school district; Passaic County Community College; and the Johnson Public Library in Hackensack, NJ.
She and her family are committed to engaging in community service in Paterson, NJ.
Gwen is a loving wife; the proud mother of 4 children and grandmother of 6.
